Gemini, today like most days your peers try to avoid you at all costs you are truly loving deep down inside and when you are in a good mood your friends cant get enough of you! As a TMZ junkie, I am always up on the latest celeb news/drama/gossip etc...Lindsay Lindsay Lindsay, Now if I were you after all of that drama you have had in the past two and a half years to include jail time, being drunk in public on more than one occasion, and multiple car accidents (not in that order) one would suggest OK, I would recommend you leave the country for about a year or two only to return to LA for your court dates!! Now This.....your out at a night club and a waitress by the name of Jasmine Waltz punches you in the face for flirting with her X boyfriend!!! I'm proud of you for only tweeting about it! As one of your twitter followers I was shocked. But seriously Lindsay next time kick that bitches ass!!!!! Danny Cipriani (the X)is fair game and for Waltz to punch you for flirting, well she is just jealous and jealousy deseves a solid ass whooping! Now shes saying she didn't hit you? Really? Really?

I always feel bad for the people that were once clearly very normal, and now for whatever reason have gone absolutely nuts. Just a random thought!

Break Ups cont.

Relationships can be great, a tremendous learning experience! Most long term relationships involve each other meeting and forming a relationship with each others family. Typically meeting the family is an obstacle in the relationship not the attraction! When you date someone how many of us become emotionally involved with the family? Most of us do! So what happens after you get out of the relationship? When we break up with the one we once loved, do we break up with the family as well? "One thing about families is if no one is sorry to see you go, then your probably not coming back."

Break Ups

Are there really rules of the game? Is there really ten steps or rules to follow after a bad break up? I used to think there were, but as a seemingly punctual person running 20 minutes late for a lunch and the only legitimate excuse I had...I was lagging behind because I was mopping around because I haven't gotten over my X, as painful as that is to admit....I began to wonder how soon do you contact your X?....the typical 3 months, 6 months or one year? Others say never! Change your phone number, email delet them off of Facebook etc......As I was going through some old pictures on my computer to update my social media pictures I ran across a picture of my X and I and at that very moment I paused and thought to myself...I thought I had destroyed all of the evidence. It was then when I decided to create my own rule! Destroy all pictures where you both look happy....because those days are over.....right? Or maybe there not?!? Is it time to call? Or is it to soon?

An old friend

For those that know me and know me well, know the strong emphasis I put on friendships. Friends are very important to me and are viewed as an extension to my family! My closest friends know this the best as they are often included in familial discussions at my home and know everything there is to know about who I am as a person. Recently through Facebook I became reacquainted with an old friend from the 6th grade. The two of us were pretty good friends back in elementary school and had a lot in common....well as much in common as two privileged Northern Virginia children. Ten years and some change later its surprising how many things don't change. It is however even more surprising on how much has changed. You see I am not the same privileged child I once was. I don't put as much emphasis on the car I drive the house I live in or the money I have in the bank. The clothes I wear don't matter as much anymore. What I value most is my relationship with my wonderful family and friends. Spending time with those who have lost so much hope and teaching them the sky is the limit. The lasting relationships I have formed with some of my residents being an RA have had such a positive impact on my life! My friend is still very much the same, its all about money cars and clothes and I think his expectation in fact I can tell he is thinking I am the same person and its been very difficult demonstrating that the material is not whats important to me anymore! My question to the readers is do you think its possible for old friends to become good friends again despite different values?

It is what it is guys....when you ask a girl out and they say no it is not your right to say "fuck you bitch I didn't like you anyway." I cant begin to tell you how stupid you look doing that....because you did like her your just hurt that she said no and now your being a dick about it. Second.....when your on the dance floor and a girl is grinding on a guy, possibly her man...that is not an open invitation for you to start grinding on her from the front! Woooooooow.....So I've herd of tough economic times and everything but DAMMNNNNN....I know you cant really see the sign in the picture all that well because it was raining when I took the picture CLEARLY....but wow I am still in disbelief...When I saw this I turned to Lana and just said look and we fell out laughing. Ladies and Gentlemen we were pulling out of a shopping plaza where there was a Chinese resturant, and that sign was there "billboard." Or should I say cheap ass advertising that says and I quote "Chinese food" with and -> arrow pointing at the resturant, under that was the phone number and under that it said free delivery how GHETTO can you get? We have been very very busy with school to include mid-terms, silly group projects.....friendship, and relationship drama!!!!! :O what does that mean for you? It means there is juicy info to come. RA Selection Update

Several posts ago I talked about interviewing to be an RA....I also told you I was going to tell you the schools decison that following day, as that is when I was supposed to hear back. Well three weeks later someone decided to get on their J.O.B and inform me I was selected to be an RA!!!!! True to my assumption I was assigned...............FRESHMAN hahahah greeeeaaaaaaaaaaat! Im pretty excited about it though!!! Wish me luck! I get my own place, pay is good, and it looks great on a resume, the rents (parents) are obviously happy to be saving alil $ as well!....cant complain really!

Your a Jerk! ~ How to get rid of a jerk while studying

A constant amusement of mine is how rude people can be on a regular basis when it comes to being quiet and respectful of a persons quiet study time while in the library or in *QUIET* Study rooms. This morning I woke at at 6:30AM to clean up my house and get some work done, followed by some intense studying in a designated *QUIET* study room. From 8am to about 8:30am I was able to get a large amount of reading done in silence....that is until a JERK decides she wanted to come into the study room and talk on the phone to Mexico or wherever. God only knows......I tuned her out by putting my headphones on and listening to music. She then gets off the phone and pulls out headphones to listen to a previously recorded lecture.........she might as well not had headphones in because it was as loud as my car stereo in the summer time with the windows down. Whomever you are YOUR A JERK! I decided to take matters into my own hands (as usual) and remove my headphones and turning the volume on my computer to MAX......blasting Rihanna, Ozzy Osbourne, 311 etc.......for about 15 min. After repeated glares for me to turn my music down the JERK decided shed had enough and stormed out of the room. :) ~ oh and hun if you read this..........I use the word jerk in place of my favorite word (BITCH) to be respectful!

Friendship

UrBaN dIcTiOnArY-

True friendship is not when you go to school and hang around with someone just because you have no one else to chill with. Its not calling someone up when your bored because they are fun to talk to. Its not when you cant think of a birthday gift and end up buying your friend a wal-mart gift card. Is not when you have to talk to someone about something you don't particularly care about (like how much snow we got last year) to avoid an awkward silence.

Friendship is when you love someone with every ounce of your being and genuinely want them to be happy even if it means sacrificing something your self to make them happy. A true friend is someone you can talk to about your feelings, someone you can tell things you could never tell your family or even your partner. They are someone who you don't have to talk to but someone you want to talk to; someone you will go out of your way to be with. Friendship is when you love someone so much you want to hold them and never let go, someone you want to rest your head on and cry, and you would let them cry on you too. Its someone you can talk to about things you disagree on and end up being closer for that disagreement. Its when you think about someone and how close you are to them and how much you love them and you smile and are happy all over.
JuIcY-Having read the Urban Dictionaries definition of friendship, tell us........are you the type of friend that you want to be? Has your friend done something(s) for you that no one else would have done without expecting something in return or some financial payment? When is the last time you just called your friend just to see how he/she was doing?........and we mean literally just to see how they were doing, not "hey how are you..umm ya can I borrow some money?" Do you know something is wrong within the friendship but you turn and look the other way because you don't want to deal with it or you don't have time? Do you know your friend is in need of someone to talk to but you don't have time to talk, or just think it will go away? Do you owe your friend an apology? Does your friend need a hug? Do you pick something up from the store for your friend just because you think it would make them smile? Are you there for your friends when they need you? Tell us.....if your friend passed away tomorrow would you have regrets for things you didn't do? Friends are very important! Don't let them slip away!

We all use Web 2.0 weather we realize it or not! Social media has transformed the way we all communicate. Reading Juicy Communication you are participating in a form of new media technology also known as web 2.0 or simply put social media. The picture to the right is a small collection of social media sites most use today! From bogger, to Myspace, Digg, twitter and many more......How many times have you been on facebook today? Weather you realize it or not social media has been around for a very long time. As the days go by AOL instant messenger (AIM) is becoming a thing of the past but for most of us it was the first form of social media we used followed by Myspace.com and now the ever popular and addictive Facebook. I encourage everyone to become familiar with social media sites as well as new media technology! The use of Skype, Flickr, Vsocial, and many more can simplify your life and put some fun into it as well. These are only a few of the social media sites that I use. Hello fellow juicy fans! I am the 1st guest blogger, I feel so privileged. A couple of days ago Bryan told me that someone stole his car magnet off his car; he was fired up about this. I was just thinking like ya know no big deal just get another one, he was like what so it can get stolen again!?!?!? Lol. So, Bryan and I were heading to my car to go to Café 1201 on campus (P.S.-Don’t ever go there, the food almost always sucks). He asked where was my I ♥ my Corgi magnet went off the back of my car. I glanced at the back of my car, and the magnet was gone! Some jerk stole my sticker! I was so mad!!! Then, I discovered why Bryan got so mad when his was stolen. It was his only thing he had on his car, and my magnet was the only thing I had as well. I mean really, is stealing magnets off people’s car a new trend? It is so trashy; I mean if it is a new trend, what a stupid one….those magnets cost like a dollar, you can find enough change in the street to get one. These people are just trifling.

The Library

For the life of me I will never understand why people are so rude in the library! Its a library people. I always knew it to be a place that is quiet to get some reading, or studying done. The two girls in the picture above seem to think the library is a place to Skype with their friends on another floor of the library!?!? REALLY? How lame is that? Cant you get up and go talk to them? Ladies if you read this......that is just tacky on so many levels. Without realizing it (or perhaps you didn't care) you were disturbing many other people using the library for its intended purpose! Consider yourself POSTED! on the blog as being RUDE!

People please don't try to carry on a conversation with your mother in the library because she saw some pictures on Facebook of you filthy drunk passed out on the side of the road next to a stop sign. Trying to explain to her that when you saw the stop sign it was a sign from God to "STOP" drinking all together is a distraction to others and it makes you look....well stupid comes to mind. And the mom? Is she really buying that crap? As much as I am glad you found religion that long and I am sure fun night of partying, I don't want to hear about it while I am studying for my mid term. Take it outside!! Please! Oh ya I almost forgot! Why are you friends with your mom on Facebook?

Not that this is a huge deal, but my friends got a kick out of my reaction when I noticed my school spirit magnet had been STOLEN from the back of my vehicle yesterday Feb. 24. Come on people it doesn't get any more ridiculous than stealing a $2.00 car magnet. Whomever this jerk is, in the future please email me at juicycommunication@gmail.com and ask me for a few dollars so you can buy your own damn car magnet! I will be more than willing to give you some $. I am tempted to remove every school spirit magnet from every car on campus to prove a point.....but that would be wrong I know!

Kristin Cavallari hooked on cocaine??

Many might know Kristin from the MTV show Laguna Beach or The Hills. She was the stuck up, bitchy one that always took over the shows after Lauren Conrad. Well Kristin is facing a new drug scandal after she was accused of looking to score some cocaine so that she could celebrate the Super Bowl with more than just a strong buzz!
Several sources say they saw her in Miami during that weekend say that she was, at the very minimum, drunk out of her mind the entire time, and that she wasn’t being at all discreet about what she planned to do and as to where she could get her hands on some powder! According to a local radio station a source is quoted as saying that Cavallari is getting “scary thin,” that she’s recently become prone to going for days on end without a shower, and that “her issues are becoming apparent to everyone.” Wow Kristin Cavallari? The Bitch herself? Nooo! :))
Castmates from the popular MTV show “The Hills” are reportedly urging her to check herself into rehab and get some help – pleas that were caught on film and may or may not be included in the show footage that airs on MTV. Kristin’s rep’s comments have simply been, “Don’t believe everything you read or hear.”
I guess we will have to watch the next season of The Hills and see what happens!

Student Conduct

For many college students going to class is bitter sweet. If its a class you enjoy, its not all bad. But if its a class you could really live without but it just happens to be a requirement everything just seems to irk your nerves. I asked a few students about some of the annoyances they face from fellow students while in class, in addition to ones that irritated me.

Irritation #1 comes from students that didn't do the homework and ask.....hey did you do the homework? Thinking that maybe if I didn't do the work it makes them look less of a bad student because there is another person that is as unprepared as they are!

Irritation #2 Gum Chewing. Its OK to chew gum in class, but please do you have to chew with your mouth open loud enough to distract me from hearing what the teacher is saying. Perhaps if you didn't chew so loud you would have herd the homework assignment and wouldn't be asking me if I did it!

Irritation #3 Gas. This includes flatulence, and belching aka farting and burping....why do students feel they can just squeeze one out without anyone noticing? If you fart it emits a smell that dominates YOUR LOCATION even if it makes no sound we all whisper that it was you....so the next time you come to class and no one is sitting next to you that is why. Burping...just say excuse me!

Irritation #4 Computer use. (student interview contributed) If you bring your computer to class that is great! Nine times out of ten its a useful tool to keep from getting bored during the boring classroom movie or lecture. However, telling the teacher your taking notes on it and your MASHING on the keys in fury laughing and smiling at the same time, I don't know about you but there is nothing funny about taking notes. Do you think the teacher doesn't know your on Facebook? Get real people aren't stupid....but you think they are so we will just go with it for now I guess.

Irritation #5 Food. (student interview contributed) We all get the "munchies" in class, but do your fellow students a favor and prepare your food before class. Opening a bag of chips slowly to make less noise is not effective! It still makes noise! Not as much yes but it does none the less and it is dragged out! Biting the chip slowly is often louder than chewing it normally and is also disruptive. Don't bring a plate of food with cling wrap over it and plastic ware. And please please do not bring Kentucky Fried Chicken to class saying you didn't have time to eat it at home and its to hard to eat in class. JUST DON'T COME TO CLASS PLEASE!

Irritation #6 Coughing. Coughing attacks aren't fun for anyone I know but is it necessary for you to cough for the entire hour and a half of class. Stay in your dorm, take a cough drop, go to the doctor, or bring some water to sooth your throat but your students shouldn't have to listen to you! H1N1 orrrrrrrrrrr?

Resident Assistant aka RA

Resident Advisor, Resident Assistant - In a university residence hall (dorm), an RA is a student leader. They keep order, serve as a resource to residents, organize events, and generally work to maintain a positive living and learning community. Some residents do not like RAs because they see them only as authority figures who get them in trouble for policy violations. <--------From Urban dictionary....... I am going to find out if I was selected to be an RA on campus tomorrow and the suspense is killing me. The tedious (over dramatic) two hour interview process and I do mean process was very long but went well. If I did get selected I will also find out where I will be placed (hopefully not with freshman) but I have a gut feeling it will be with freshman due to the over glorified look on the head housing representatives face when she asked what age levels I could handle and I stupidly replied I could handle any age level! (at that point I knew FRESHMAN would be my reward for that response) I should have said only upper class students because the freshman on this campus are....well the words OUT OF CONTROL come to mind. However I am up for the challenge! Keep your fingers crossed for me!

USA snowborder Scotty Lago kicked out of Olympic Villege!!!!

After winning his Olympic bronze medal Scotty Lago, like many others went out to party the night away after many months of hard work. Lago was caught after some mildly suggestive photos of him using his bronze medal for snowboarding to score chicks popped up on the Internet. He volunteered to leave the Olympics, otherwise we would be asked to leave by the U.S. Olympic Committee. Lago offered his apology but sources close to Lago tell TMZ he received an ultimatum from the U.S. Olympic Committee: either say you’re sorry and go or get ejected from the Olympic Village. Lago can’t talk about the incident at all until March 3rd after the "blackout period".
Okay biting your medal is one thing but putting it in your groined area and having a girl get on her knees to bite while wearing your USA Olympic jersey is just stupid! What is it with people feeling like they have to bite their medals anyway? Why would this girl geton her knees to bite a BRONZE medal?? I don't understand it, I guess I'll have to try and win one and see what that is all about. :)I don't think they cant take his medal away from him but, it should be interesting to hear what he has to say about things.

Ladies this one is for you!
For many of us makeup has become a daily ritual. Apply the canceller, foundation, blush, eye shadow, mascara well you know the drill. But after we have gone through all the steps are we happy with the final product? Well for some the answer is NO. Some are just better at hiding their flaws and applying makeup than others; and for that reason I have added this blog. I am hoping that this is going to be helpful to all of those ladies that think that need someone there to walk them through the first couple of times or just for some good ideas.
The site is called Makeupgeek.com. It is run by a women named Marlena; a freelance makeup artist located in Michigan who's dream is to attend the Atelier Makeup Academy in Paris, France. She tells us her childhood story of being over weight and using her makeup to boost her self esteem and make herself feel BEAUTIFUL. For that reason she was created this website and continues to make numerous videos to share her techniques with girls and women of all shapes, sizes, age, and race.

Toyota Owners beware?

Ok, so we have all heard about the Toyota recall that has affected millions of new Toyota's ranging from the highlander to Americas best selling sedan the Camry. I find it funny that Toyota and news crews are only cautioning Toyota drivers???? Is it just me or is that extremely selfish on their part? What am I talking about you may ask? WHAT ABOUT THE 10 BILLION NON-TOYOTA DRIVERS? They need to be putting out public service announcements to those that don't drive Toyota's telling us the STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM!!! For example! only five minutes ago I was at a stop light waiting to turn into my neighborhood when a Camry pulled up behind me........I started to become nervous....what to do what to do mentality......In fear the gas pedal in the Camry would unexpectedly accelarate and rear end my car I said I'm getting the hell outa here and ran the RED light! Yes it was illegal but I feel it was the safest thing to do given the circumstances.............did I do the right thing? Let me know! If you haven't seen videos on this Toyota drama check it out! And the lady in the video that ran through the laundry mat I think she was just looking for an excuse to sue Toyota, because how and I repeat how does your accelerator accelerate when your putting the car in park???????? I cheated I was unfaithful! Noooooooooo Really? You were only on every tabloid and news channel in the country......wait what? oh someone just told me the world so lets just go with the world! Tigers delivery in what seemed to be a very heart felt apology to all of his friends, family and fans was good but I would not take it beyond good. As he read it off of a piece of paper much like I did in 4th grade reading my how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Tiger did you practice at all? Overall it was a good public apology, much better than Don Imus's apology for his "Nappy headed hoes comment" of the black female basket ball players and Bill Clinton's sex scandal apology.
